In these regulations, the following definitions apply:

Authority: the supervisory authority as referred to in Article 51 GDPR and Article 6 UAVG: the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens);

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Special categories of personal data: personal data concerning the health, religion, race, political preference, criminal record, or sexual life of a natural person.

Processing of personal data: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including at least the collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by means of transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, alignment or combination, as well as the blocking, erasure, or destruction of data;

File: any structured set of personal data, whether this set of data is centralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis, which is accessible according to specific criteria and relates to different persons;

Controller: the controller for the processing of personal data within the meaning of these regulations is Fris Social;

Processor: the party that processes personal data on the basis of an agreement on behalf of the controller, without being subject to its direct authority;

Data subject: the natural person to whom a personal data item relates;

Third party: any party other than the data subject, the controller, or the processor; or any person who is authorised to process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or the processor;

GDPR: the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council.

Fris Social respects the privacy of all its relations and all website visitors. Fris Social ensures that the personal data provided to it are treated confidentially and processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as in accordance with other applicable laws and regulations. This privacy statement can be consulted at any time on this website.

Processing of personal data

Fris Social may process personal data for the following purposes:

* surname, first names, initials, gender, date of birth, address details, place of residence, email address, telephone number, and similar data required for communication;
* IP address, location data, browser fingerprint, data about your activities on our website, as well as your bank account number;
* an administrative number;
* data for the purpose of making payments and collecting claims;
* other data, in addition to those described above, the processing of which is required or necessary in connection with the application of legislation other than the GDPR.

Management and access to personal data

Subject to applicable statutory provisions in laws and regulations, only those responsible for managing the customer database and/or those involved in the processing of personal data or who are necessarily involved therein, including employees and processors of Fris Social, have access to the personal data. Fris Social uses the following online tools:

These online tools are used, among other things, to analyse the browsing behaviour of website visitors, to collect website statistics, and to send newsletters to you. The above parties, such as Facebook, have their own privacy statements and bear their own responsibility in this regard.

Rights of data subjects

As a data subject, you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to Fris Social in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer these data to another organisation. If the legal basis for the processing is your consent, as referred to in Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, then as a data subject you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Every data subject has the right to access their file. After receiving an access request, Fris Social will inform you in writing within four weeks whether personal data relating to you are being processed. If the data subject identifies inaccuracies in their file, they may submit a request for correction, addition, deletion, or shielding. This request must contain the proposed changes. Fris Social will inform you in writing within four weeks after receipt of the request whether and to what extent it will comply. A refusal will be reasoned. If the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis that such processing is necessary for the legitimate interest of Fris Social, the data subject has the right to object at any time. Fris Social will assess within four weeks after receipt of the objection whether the objection is justified. If this is the case, Fris Social will terminate the processing.

Complaints

The data subject who believes that the provisions of these regulations have not been complied with in an acceptable manner may contact Fris Social via info@fris-social.nl The parties will then make every effort to jointly reach a solution. However, the data subject has the right to contact the Authority or the competent court.

Amendments to the Privacy Statement

Fris Social reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement.
